With all the Pokemon hype you may not have seen what Nintendo released this week. They just brought out a console that is a near replica of the original home console. This retro edition will bring back all sorts of memories as well as the games that people have come to love over time. Named the "N Nintendo Entertainment System: NES Classic Edition "  this gaming console with be perfect for people who grew up on some of the old games and for all the young fans out there. There are some changes to the NES console, so get ready for it!

 

The NEW NES will be released on the 11th of November and is said to retail for $59.99. It will be just in time for Christmas which means your "Santa List" may already be set. The console will look like the old one but will have some modern features. The console will plug into your TV by using the HDMI cable ( included when you buy the console). But, while this is all good and nice it is not the most exciting aspect of the NES. The console will come jam packed with 30 original games. There are much-loved games such as Super Mario Bros., The Legend of Zelda, Metroid, Donkey Kong, PAC-MAN, and Kirby’s Adventure. These are just some of the games that will have Nintendo geeks all excited about this console. There seems to be a little something for everyone, and this will do doubt to a hit with everyone.

If you are looking to add a second controller to the mix they can be bought for $9.99. Many of these games are great two players and will have everyone in on the fun. So, if you are looking for a great Christmas gift for the gamer in your life or just a gift for yourself, then this is it. Nintendo just can't mess up, can they?
